Wotif.com Holdings Limited NZ Holiday Promotion

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Wotif.com Holdings Limited ACN 093 000 456, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter), assisted by Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd, ABN 48 078 279 277 of Yarra Falls, 452 Johnston Street, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067 (Computershare). The permit numbers for this promotion are NSW LTPS/11/07613 issued on 17 August 2011 and ACT TP11/03363 issued on 22 August 2011.
  2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who
    a. are 18 years or over,
    b. have been invited by the Promoter or Computershare to enter this competition,
    c. provide a valid email address to the Promoter during the Promotion Period for use by the Promoter or Computershare for communicating with the Shareholder in relation to their shareholding in Wotif.com Holdings Limited, and
    d. own Australian listed shares in Wotif.com Holdings Limited, for the entire duration of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”). Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or Computershare and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
  4. The promotion commences at 8:30am AEST on 13/09/2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 21/10/2011.
  5. Only one entry per entrant is permitted.
  6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    a. provide their correct email address and other relevant contact information on the entry form and return it in the envelope provided so that it is received by last mail delivered on 21/10/2011, or
    b. accurately complete all details online by logging on to www.investorcentre.com/ecomms and follow the prompts to register an email address before midnight on 21/10/2011.
  7. All valid entries will go into a random draw that will take place at 9:30am AEST on 25/10/2011 at 117 Victoria Street, West End Qld 4101.
  8. The first valid entry drawn will win a holiday to New Zealand, which includes:
    a. $1000 contribution towards return flight/s from an Australian capital city to New Zealand flying Qantas, and
    b. 5 nights accommodation for two people at any of the following Accor Hotels: Pullman Auckland, Novotel Wellington or Novotel Queenstown. Winner may choose to mix accommodation between the above hotels for a total of five nights accommodation at their discretion.
  9. Prize does not include travel costs to departing capital city airport, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, transfers, meals, beverages, visas, activities or additional travel charges incurred. If total prize of elected flight/s exceeds AU $1000 the extra amount is the winner’s responsibility to pay.
  10. Prize is valid for travel between 1 November 2011 and 1 May 2012 and must be booked through the Promoter. Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and is subject to blackout dates including Public Holiday periods.
  11. The winner will be notified within 2 business days via email. The winners’ details will also be published at www.wotifgroup.com on 25/10/2011 for a period of 3 months.
  12. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU $2,500.
  13. Should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 9:30am AEST on 25/01/2012 at 117 Victoria Street, West End Qld 4101. The redrawn winner will be notified within 2 business days via email, and have their details published at www.wotifgroup.com on 25/01/2012 for a period of 3 months.
  14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. If the prize winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute prize.
  15. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of the relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
  16. The Promoter and Computershare accept no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
  17. The Promoter and Computershare will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  18. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
  19. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
  20. The promoter collects your information to include you in this competition. Use of your personal information is governed by Wotif.com’s Privacy Policy available at http://info.wotif.com/privacy and Computershare’s Privacy Policy available at http://www-au.computershare.com/Investor/PrivacyStatement.asp.
  21. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
  22. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to receive all your security holder communications from Wotif.com online via email including annual reports, notices of meeting, distribution statements and other company related information. However if entrants have previously elected to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report, that election will stand.
