Wotif Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as Wotif.com Holdings Ltd in 2006, a name derived from the Group’s flagship brand Wotif.com, which was established in 2000. The Company expanded its portfolio of travel brands in 2008 with the acquisition of lastminute.com.au, travel.com.au, Asia Web Direct, LateStays.com and Arnold Travel Technology. The Group further consolidated its position in the travel market in 2009 with the purchase of the activity booking website GoDo.com.au. Wotif Group was listed under the ASX code “WTF” until Monday 17 November 2014. It is now wholly owned by Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE).
